How do I cancel my booking?

Go to your dashboard, open My Bookings, and select the booking to cancel. Changes are subject to availability and our cancellation policy.

Payments

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit/debit cards and select digital wallets. Corporate invoicing is available for approved accounts.

Check‑in / Check‑out

What are the check‑in and check‑out times?

Standard check‑in is from 2:00 PM and check‑out is until 11:00 AM. Early check‑in or late check‑out may be requested, subject to availability.

Do rooms include Wi‑Fi and breakfast?

Complimentary high‑speed Wi‑Fi is available throughout the hotel. Breakfast availability depends on the selected rate plan.
